A translated version of Ratty's Refuge, the water vole-friendly garden designed by English Eden for RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2008, sponsored by the River and Rowing Museum. The translated garden features sculptures of the characters from 'The Wind In The Willows', a pond with banks planted with native species, to provide shelter and food for water voles, and a tranquil woodland garden. The garden was opened in May 2009 by Alan Titchmarsh. The garden is open to the public on certain dates, see www.rrm.co.uk for details.
